Brian K. Grim, Partner

Brian offers a unique perspective into political campaigns. Brian has been a candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates, Cumberland City Council. He currently serves as Mayor of the City of Cumberland.

Brian holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Political Science and Justice Studies from Frostburg State University.

Over the years, Brian has been recognized for service to the community from businesses in the community, three Governors of the State of Maryland, the Maryland General Assembly, two Speakers of the Maryland House of Delegates, the Baltimore Ravens, Parade Magazine, United States Senator, Benjamin Cardin, and three Presidents of the United States.

Steven B. Leyh, Partner

Steven caught the political bug as a teenager. He attended and graduated from Boys State at the United States Naval Academy and later returned to Annapolis to work as a Student Page in the Maryland House of Delegates during Maryland Governor Glendening’s inauguration. It was during this time he rubbed shoulders with the who’s who of Maryland politics and became interested in the process.

Steven has managed dozens of campaigns at all levels of government including City Council, Mayor, Board of Education, County Commissioner, Central Committee, House of Delegates, and United States Congress. He has an impressive record of winning almost every campaign he has worked on.

He recently was a Field Organizer for the Maryland Democratic Party and helped re-elect Governor O’Malley and a United States Senator Mikulski.
